Ivy Tech has access to New York Times articles through the library database, Opposing Viewpoints. Coverage includes January 1, 1985 to today. 

Here is how to find it:

  • Start at the library's website, click Journals by Title under the search box within the green rectangle.
  • Search for New York Times.
  • Once the search results are shown, click Gale In Context: Opposing Viewpoints. This will take you to the Opposing Viewpoints page.
  • To read articles, click on a date of the edition you want to explore. This will take you to another page. 
  • Click News to browse all the articles from that date. Click the the title of the article to read the article.
