A peer-reviewed article is an article that is written by an expert, and reviewed by other experts.

Peer-reviewed sources can be found by searching library databases, which can be found under the A-Z link on the right sidebar of the library homepage. When searching databases such as EBSCO or Gale, either

  • use the advanced search where there will be an option to search by peer-reviewed scholarly sources
  • on any results screen, select the option for peer-reviewed resources.
